Well its almost the end of February! (How did this happen??) But I think that at long last my post-Poland travels are finalized. Now I just have to book my ticket home and tie up some loose ends here & there.. but I feel like I have all this at least relatively under control.
Destinations are as follows:
-London
-Edinburgh
-Dublin
-Galway (Ireland)
-NYC!
And to you Chapel Hill people, I do plan to spend a few days there after NYC, so get pumped. It'll be around the 20th of April.. like in that ballpark.
Anyway, today was a gorgeous day, so I went into the center of Sopot and spent some time on the beach & pier. It was SO windy but the sun was out and the high today was about 38 degrees, which is great for Poland in the winter!! haha. I took lots of pictures. It was just stunning out there today!
Then I went to the giant mall in Gdansk & walked around... I bought NOTHING which was lame but it was still fun.
When I got home, my host family had gone to some birthday party but they had left me some dinner which was great- meat breaded with host dad's special seasoning stuff, potatoes, and salad with host mom's homemade salad dressing!! SO tasty. And of course I made myself a latte as well. :)
Its been a good day. And tomorrow hopefully I will be slightly productive.
That's really all I have to say.
