So I have graduated college. What. Like, its really weird. It hasn't totally hit me yet, because I am staying in town for the next few months anyway. I am really thankful that I am at least employed, because right now it feels like my whole life is a dark abyss of uncertainty and my job is all I know for sure.
I need to figure out what I want to do.
Jurga told me the other day that I need to "realize my dreams" (in response to me jokingly saying that I could be the next her someday), and I want to do that, but I just have no idea what my dreams are anymore.
Anyway, meanwhile, I had this 90s party on Friday and it was amazing because A) my work family went so far out of the way to do so many things for me and make me great food... it was overwhelming and I need to find some way to thank them.. We really are a family, and I do not know what I would do without them. Matt brought boneless wings with my favorite sauce, Olivia made chocolate brownie-like muffin things with mini-Hershey's bars baked into them (AMAZING), Morgan and Dustin were there which was great, Scott dressed as DOUG FUNNY, Armondo brought alcohol.. lol.., Jackie and her fiancee Nate got me a CAKE that said "You go girrrrl" on it which was epic and hilarious, even Will was there which was delightful as he is always filled with witty banter, and Jurga in all her awesomeness made these amazing pigs in a blanket as well as some AMAZING bruschetta type things. SO GOOD. And she got me a card. Luhh her.
They really are my little second family. It means so much to me how they are willing to do so much for me. I would definitely go the distance for them as well. Like I said, I need to plot some way to do that.
And of course many of my non-work friends were there... in adorable costumes.. being adorable. :)
I am just really glad I was able to hold such an event and that so many people did come. It wasn't what I expected it to be at all, but it was awesome.
Anyway, I have more things to say which will have to be forthcoming.
I am very blessed.
I love you all.
